What does a typical yacht charter package consist of?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specifics included vary by the type of service — for example, sunset voyages come with upscale refreshments and light snacks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and tailored dining options for business events.
When should I reserve my booking?
To ensure availability, it's best to book at least two to three weeks in advance, more so during the busy period from May to September. For business occasions and personal celebrations, securing a reservation four to six weeks ahead is advisable, as it provides more flexibility for personalization.
What is the course of action if there are unfavorable weather conditions?
Our main concern is your safety. In the case of weather conditions being unsafe as determined by our captain, we will suggest an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecast and will reach out to you if the weather is likely to be problematic 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also provide outstanding catering services with customizable menu options to suit your tastes. Note, for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Is yacht access available for passengers with mobility issues?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Select yachts are equipped with better accessibility features. We recommend discussing your specific requirements when making a reservation, and we will guide you to the most appropriate yacht and make necessary arrangements for access.
What is your policy regarding cancellations?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure, a full reimbursement is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made under 24 hours before departure are generally non-refundable unless it's due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our end.
